I offer weekly, art-based counselling sessions (either via a 50 minute ‘face to face’ therapy session or a 50 minute online sessions) for children and young people.
I am a counsellor who work in an integrative way. This involves understand the specific needs of the client and their circumstances and then drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches to best serve the needs of the client. Counselling helps children and young people to manage and make sense of their feelings. It also builds self-esteem, confidence, self-control, self-regulation, concentration and the ability to form good relationships.

As a member of the BACP, I am required to have at least two supervision sessions a month, where I discuss aspects of my work to ensure I am working ethically and in the best interests of my client. I do not reveal individual identities to maintain your child’s privacy and supervision itself is confidential between myself and my supervisor.
I offer ‘face to face’ counselling in the picturesque village of New Buckenham, Norfolk. The village is compact enough to explore easily with a number of peaceful walks easily accessible.
I also offer online counselling sessions for children and young people. I have trained with ‘The Online Therapy Institute’ to work safely with children and young people online.
